  • Consistently demonstrate customer focus, integrity, resilience, accountability, and a commitment to achieving ambitious revenue goals.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-wide sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, decision-makers, and business functions.
  • Demonstrated track record of being a high-performing sales professional, ideally ranking among the top performers within your current organization or division.
  • Strong ability to build and leverage relationships with senior executives and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Proven success in identifying new business opportunities, developing pipelines, and consistently delivering revenue results.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, discovery, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, SaaS, digital transformation, and customer experience trends.
  • Genuine interest in the evolving customer experience landscape, including the impact of digital and social channels on large organizations.
  • Strong commercial curiosity and willingness to continuously develop knowledge of industries, markets, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional work ethic, resilience, adaptability, and ability to remain effective in a fast-moving environment.
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to actively seek feedback and continuously improve.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence required to engage senior-level audiences.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders positively, collaborate cross-functionally, and build relationships based on trust and mutual value.
