Job Title: Engineer III - Overnight
Reports to: Director of Engineering
Primary Duties --1. Responsible for the following duties: repair items under warranty; sliding doors; sliding screen and windows, walls (sheet rock an cement plaster); lay down tiles or marble floors; concrete slab fox, as; build or remove partitions (assist carpenter); replace a/c filters at unsold traits; wash a/c filters at main club, beach club, Trattoria, Lola's, Building 66, commercial center, conference center, tennis center, golf" club and landscape building.
2. Other duties include: grease and replace fan belts on kitchen roofs; paint and patch damaged walls; cut and patch street pot holes; and build fences.
3. Process maintenance request forms and punch lists.
4. Check units and restaurant equipment/appliance to determine if outside service is required for maintenance or repair services.
5. Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance shop.
6. Maintain tools, equipment and golfcarts.
7. Perform other duties as requested.
8. Comply with all Fisher Island Club standards (i.e., grooming, conduct, policies and procedures).
Education/Skills/Work Experience Required -- Knowledge of repairs and maintenance; ability to operate equipment.

Ability to cover any shift, any day, including holidays. Skills Required: Familiarity of basic operational procedures of electrical, painting, plumbing mad air conditioning functions. Familiarity of radio communications, use of key machine and calculator.
