Licensed Practical Nurse, Pre-Admission Testing in Steubenville, Ohio at Trinity Health System

JOB SUMMARY

• As an employee of Trinity Health System, it is the responsibility of this and all positions within the Hospital to support the mission and role of Trinity Health System. In addition, this position will actively support the Hospital's Strategic Plan in the areas of People, Service, Quality, Finance and Growth in a team based environment. The employee also performs all job duties in compliance with laws and regulation in the observance of accrediting agency standards. The Licensed Practical Nurse promotes quality care through the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, he/she strives for excellence in customer service through collaboration with team members and provides a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

  • Possess current licensure in Ohio.

• Training and Experience

  • BLS Provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.

  • Previous experience in acute or long term care preferred.
