Worth Higgins & Associates is looking for a qualified Junior Project Manager to join our signage team.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. The candidate should also be organized and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborate across various teams, have exceptional people and organization skills, and ultimately be able to contribute to creating and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between sales and production to include:

Communicating accurate & timely order/project requirements between production and sales; negotiating schedules as needed to balance production capacity and client expectations

Submission of work orders through internal MIS system

Management and organization of electronic client files, photography and other data

Assist with logistics coordination as needed (shipping, delivery, installation, etc.)

Management of small projects - keeping track of timelines and deliverables to ensure projects run smoothly

Primary customer point of contact providing the following services:

Managing proofing cycle between the art department and the client

Updating the clients with order status, installation & delivery schedules

Addressing customer inquiries regarding products, services, etc.

Obtaining client details as needed for successful delivery/installation

Supporting special projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Experience in Customer Service or Account Management within a manufacturing environment. Previous work experience in the sign and graphics industry is strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and under time constraints

Proven record of excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a high degree of organization

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as experience with CRM and/or order entry systems

Ability to communicate effectively across disciplines (sales, production, clients, installers, etc.)

HS or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is highly desired but relevant work experience will also be considered

Strong commitment to quality and excellent service with the drive to get the job done
