National Hose & Accessory, a leader in providing high-quality hose and accessory solutions, is seeking an energetic **Outside Sales Representative** to join our team in Houston. Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our extensive product line.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.

- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.

- Represent National Hose & Accessory at trade shows, industry events, and other business gatherings.

Qualifications:

- Positive Attitude: Must be optimistic, resilient, and maintain a professional demeanor.

- Inquisitive: Ability to learn quickly, ask probing questions, and understand complex technical products.

- Driven: Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

- Technical Skills: Comfortable discussing technical specifications and applications of hoses and accessories.

- Team-Oriented: Works well in a collaborative environment, enhancing team efforts towards common goals.

- Local to Houston: Preference for candidates who are already based in Houston or willing to relocate.

Requirements:

- Must pass a drug screening.

- Must pass a background check.

- Must have a clean driving record; a valid driver’s license is required.
