PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Minimum of a B. S. degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy. A Pharm. D. degree is preferred. Must obtain a valid and current license as a Registered Pharmacist from the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy no later than September 30th of the starting year of the residency. Acute Care residents are required to obtain BLS ACLS. Community-based residents are required to obtain BLS. No experience required. Experience with Excel Word PowerPoint and medical internet resources preferred. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
