Hans Biomed USA Inc. is a KOSDAQ-listed, innovative company that specializes in aesthetics, biologics, and medical device products. Our product line includes cosmetical, dental, spine, and plastic surgery supplies. Our headquarters is located in South Korea, and this position is for one of our US branches. We are looking for a diligent, passionate, and positive Event Coordinator to join our Events team as we grow our business.

Job Description:

In this role, the Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of offline, virtual, and hybrid events such as hands-on training workshops, meet & greet pop-ups, virtual webinars, conferences, and seminars. Your duties will include cross-functionally collaborating and back-end support with the Marketing, SCM, Accounting, and Sales teams and liaising with vendors to ensure all logistical aspects of events run smoothly and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who has excellent communication and organizational skills, a creative & positive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities (inclusive of, but not limited to):

  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing offline, virtual, and hybrid hands-on training workshops, meet & greet pop ups, virtual webinars, conferences, and seminars with attention to detail and due dates
  • Assist the manager in overseeing each of the events to ensure it runs smoothly and plan for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
  • Manage inventory of print and digital event marketing collateral such as consent forms, catalogs, banners, brochures, etc..
  • Process all invoices to vendors, organizers, and KOLs to make sure payments are fulfilled promptly
  • Research different vendors that fit the brand’s marketing efforts, creativity, and budget
  • Establish, manage, and build relationships with supply vendors and venue organizers
  • Analyze post-event metrics such as attendee demographics, survey results, chat and poll logs, speaker performance, sales conversion trends, etc..
  • Identify and research key competitors on their events, services, pricing, target markets, and unique selling propositions
  • Research and stay up to date on industry events, emerging trends, and innovative event concepts
  • Support the Marketing department, when necessary, especially for collaborative events
  • Cross-functionally collaborates with the Marketing, Sales, Design, SCM, and Accounting teams to achieve business goals through event marketing

Qualifications:

  • Event Planning Experience 1 year required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced event planning environment
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and logical aspects of events, and balance accuracy with timeliness
  • Ability to research, proactively solve problems, and make decisions using best judgment when details are unavailable
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative event concepts, troubleshoot issues, and adapt plans as needed
  • Strong team player and flexibility & adaptability to handle ad hoc projects and unexpected challenges
  • Proficiency in event planning software & tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits:

1. Lunch Support: $250 per month ($3,000 annually)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
