As an FAA-approved 145 Repair Station, ATC is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our production team. If you’re comfortable using hand tools and curious about how mechanical components work, we’d like to hear from you. Aviation experience is a plus, but it is not required! In this role, you’ll assist with component teardown, meet production deadlines, ensure maintenance documentation is accurate, and maintain a clean work environment. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and are subject to random testing under DOT-FAA regulations. This full-time position offers a matching 401(k), health insurance, and optional dental and vision coverage.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday within operating hours of 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position is also eligible for a rotating schedule that alternates between Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts, and Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in the teardown of components
• Ensure maintenance operations are performed in the appropriate sequence, and maintenance activities are performed according to the appropriate data and customer requirements
• Experience with disassembling aircraft components using approved hand and air tools in accordance with manufacturer manuals, CMM Tag, label, and record all removed parts on applicable forms
• Clean and prepare parts using approved solvents and abrasives Utilization of shop travelers to route parts throughout the facility for blasting, NDT, machine shop, paint shop etc.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds at a time. • Manual dexterity and physical strength necessary to operate tools or adjust and repairs. • Must have visual acuity to inspect equipment and identify defects.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. This position is eligible for both overtime and quarterly bonuses, in addition to a sign on bonus.
