NOW HIRING: CAREGIVER / CNA – DEMENTIA CLIENT

Palmetto Family Home Care is seeking dependable, compassionate, and experienced Caregivers or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide care for a male client diagnosed with dementia.
We are looking for individuals who are patient, attentive, nurturing, and comfortable providing hands-on assistance with all aspects of daily living.
CLIENT CARE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide total-care assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide assistance with dressing and changing clothes.
- Assist with feeding and meal preparation.
- Provide supervision, companionship, and meaningful interaction.
- Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Assist with overall household management and daily routines.
- Monitor the client's comfort, safety, and general well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
SCHEDULE & SHIFT AVAILABILITY:
- 24-Hour Care Coverage
- Monday – Sunday
- 12-Hour Shifts
- Day and Night Shift Opportunities Available

Requirements:- Previous experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease preferred.
- Experience providing total-care assistance.
- Comfortable assisting with bathing, feeding, grooming, and other personal-care needs.
- Patient, compassionate, dependable, and attentive.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Ability to follow care instructions and maintain client dignity.
- Must be reliable and committed to providing quality care.
- Experience with patient equipment such as a Hoyer lift and/or gait belt.
