GRAPHIC DESIGNER in Las Cruces, New Mexico at Lindmark Companies LLC

Lindmark Companies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop impactful advertising artwork for billboards, banners, and digital displays. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with an understanding of visual communication and create eye-catching advertising that helps clients effectively reach their audience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design creative and effective artwork for billboards, banners, digital displays, and other outdoor advertising media.
• Collaborate with clients, sales representatives, and internal teams to understand project goals and design requirements.
• Develop original concepts, layouts, graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements.
• Prepare proofs and present design concepts for client review and approval.
• Revise and refine artwork based on feedback while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
• Ensure artwork meets production specifications for large-format printing and digital display requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current on design trends, software, and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
• Experience with large-format printing, outdoor advertising, signage, or related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
