As part of our team, you’ll work directly with union members who have personally requested information about their benefits. This is not cold calling or door-to-door sales — it’s about having meaningful conversations with people who value what we provide. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls to connect with members

• Scheduling and leading virtual presentations to review benefits

• Explaining coverage options and guiding families through their choices

• Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining quality standards to ensure client satisfaction

• Developing leadership skills and preparing for advanced career opportunities

We’re looking for individuals who are motivated to grow and bring strong interpersonal skills to the table. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships

• A professional, positive, and energetic attitude

• The ability to work well with individuals and groups alike

• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

• Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred, but not required)

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. or Canada
