Copy of Registered Dietitian (RD)- Contract at DININGRD – Pensacola, Florida

Assisted Living 4-6 hrs per quarter. Sanitation, meal service

Must have RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
• Participation in the care planning process.
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
• Licensed (if required by State)
• 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
