About the Role:

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages within the community. Schedule - Rotating Weekends (Saturday and Sunday 8a-1p) in Toms River and Brick

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in State of New Jersey
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from a recognized certifying body.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient setting
• Minor suturing required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and medication management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records.
