Member Service Associate at Portland, OR (Waterfront) – Portland, Oregon

• Open and close center, greet member by name, answer phone calls, operate POS, follow all SOP’s, knowledge and use of membership software, update center information and schedule appointments. Provide information and

  registration for membership, programs, events and classes. Execute superior customer service.

• Demonstrate knowledge, ability and implementation of all polices and procedure related to the Front Desk operations. Maintain a safe and clean environment. Enroll and process new members.

• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Respond to all emergencies

• Computer skills in Microsoft office applications, database and point of sale.
