Transportation Coordinator (StayWell Senior Care) at Randolph Health – Asheboro, North Carolina

Under the general supervision of the Center Manager, the Transportation Coordinator plans, organizes and implements the transportation services of the Day Health Center. High School Diploma or GED required. Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Only act within scope of authority to practice. Meet a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by StayWell Senior Care and approved by CMS before working independently. Valid NC driver's license and safe driving record. Minimum two (2) years' supervisory experience required. Minimum one year experience working witht he frail elderly population.
