Data Coordinator in Huntsville, Alabama at SURGERY CENTER JV

Job Summary: The Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining hardware and software systems to ensure a quality work environment while assisting staff with IT solutions.

Education, Training and Experience: Data processing possess knowledge of computers, software i.e., Microsoft products, Linux, maintaining system upgrades. Prefer a related degree or a combination of experience and work-related educational endeavors.

Physical Demands: Must be flexible in work hours, able to endure periods of constant visual requirements, requires color differentiation and depth perception to perform duties. Requires hearing and normal speech when conducting conversations, has frequent public interaction. Requires concentration while performing duties under frequent stressful situations. Interprets information, plans and organizes activities, and process outcomes in order to complete duties.

1. Maintain computer equipment and software on network.
2. Respond to various repair calls in a timely manner.
3. Assist staff in fixing equipment or software issues.
4. Trouble shoot computer equipment and software problems.
5. Provide weekly updates on systems and timely complete information as required.
6. Follow established facility policies and procedures.
7. Maintains a positive work atmosphere by interacting and communicating in a positive manner that gets along with physicians, staff, supervisors, patients, vendors, and guests.
8. Maintain a safe environment of care for the patient population, staff, physicians, and visitors.
9. Perform other duties as may be requested.
