Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Skills

- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, electrical distribution preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office with experience with Excel Spreadsheets.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
