Position will be a general manufacturing/production role primarily focused in our sheet metal fabrication department and will support several different areas of production based on work load and customer need.

General Responsibilities:

• Performing routine production operations: spot welding, drilling/tapping, deburring, hardware insertion, light assembly. May assist with brake press or laser operations occasionally as needed
• Complete all part/quality inspection processes & cell maintenance as needed

Willing to train individuals without direct manufacturing experience, but who are mechanically inclined, enjoy working with their hands, and seeing things created! People with experience in the technical trades from different industries, light assembly, or individuals with mechanical background/aptitudes are a great fit for this position. Starting pay will be based on prior manufacturing/trades related experience

Required Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined, & enjoys hands on work
• Solid work ethic, & team player
• Strong attention to detail, quality minded
• Comfortable performing work of a repetitive or simplistic nature
• Some prior manufacturing experience preferred, but will consider individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in the trades
• Able to regularly lift up to 35 lbs, handle regular repetitive movements required in operations or material/part handling
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day and walk as needed throughout a shift
