Production Line Lead (working Lead) at TLX Technologies LLC – Pewaukee, Wisconsin

We’re looking for driven, problem-solvers ready to step into a hands-on leadership role — no manufacturing experience required.

This is a working lead position, meaning you’ll be actively assembling product while leading a team and driving results. If you take initiative, think critically, and like being in the action — we’ll train you on the rest.

• Lead daily production line activities — own output, quality, and flow
• Work hands-on assembling products while guiding and supporting your team
• Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes and solutions
• Train and coach team members; reinforce accountability and performance
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance) to keep production on track
• Monitor schedules, materials, and staffing to meet daily goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvements

• Associate’s degree (2-year) required
• No manufacturing experience required — we will train
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
