You will be responsible for shaping the systems, processes, and planning frameworks that enable a high-performing marketing function across multiple markets. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will ensure that marketing execution is aligned with broader business priorities while maintaining efficiency, clarity, and consistency. You will play a key role in designing resource planning structures and operational guardrails that support both immediate delivery and long-term scalability. - Design and implement scalable marketing operations systems, including resourcing models, workflows, and planning frameworks that support global marketing execution.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of a structured resourcing function, ensuring clear visibility of marketing capacity and demand across teams.
- Drive cross-functional planning processes, aligning marketing calendars with broader business and commercial objectives.
- Establish governance, decision-making frameworks, and escalation pathways to ensure clarity and alignment in marketing execution.
- Partner closely with Finance to manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across global campaigns.
- Identify and optimize operational inefficiencies by standardizing workflows and improving collaboration between marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Support and coach team members to build autonomy, strengthen execution capability, and enhance operational maturity.
- Strong experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategic planning roles within complex, global organizations.
- Proven ability to design and scale operational systems, resource planning frameworks, and cross-functional processes.
- Experience working closely with Finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for marketing activities.
- Excellent systems thinking with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, actionable plans.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience guiding teams through organizational change or transformation.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills across senior and cross-functional audiences.
