Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Australia.

This role offers a high-impact opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead territory growth across Australia while working at the intersection of enterprise sales and strategic channel partnerships. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing a strong partner ecosystem, and driving revenue through both direct and indirect sales motions. Operating in a global, fast-paced environment, you will engage with enterprise clients and channel partners to deliver solutions that support complex supply chain and traceability needs. The role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and strategic territory ownership, requiring strong commercial judgment and execution discipline. You will play a key role in shaping pipeline development, closing strategic deals, and strengthening long-term customer adoption. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a results-driven, collaborative, and internationally connected sales organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage territory revenue performance, acting as the primary point of contact for key opportunities and accounts within the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to build pipeline, identify new opportunities, and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with channel partners, including onboarding new partners and enabling their success.
  • Lead and support complex sales cycles, including enterprise deals, strategic opportunities, RFPs, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-sell solutions while determining when to lead direct sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM management aligned with sales processes and reporting standards.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback, support demand generation, and enhance partner enablement initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to strengthen market presence and brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software, SaaS, or AIDC solutions, with a strong mix of channel and enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through both direct sales and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and strategic selling methodologies in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with ERP, WMS, MES, or similar enterprise technology ecosystems is highly valuable.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in preparing, presenting, and closing complex commercial proposals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and partner networks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel within ANZ up to 25–30% as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards in Australia.
  • Access to standard statutory benefits for full-time employees in Australia.
  • Remote-first flexibility within Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane).
  • Opportunity to work in a global organization with international exposure and collaboration.
  • Strong focus on professional development, partner enablement, and sales excellence.
  • Dynamic and inclusive culture that values diversity, creativity, and innovation.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale customers and mission-critical supply chain solutions.
