Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Orthopaedics & Spine – Clinical Only)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Edison, NJ
Join a Leading Orthopaedic Practice Focused on Exceptional Patient Care. We are seeking a dedicated and clinically driven Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding orthopaedic and spine team in Edison, NJ. This is a 100% clinical role with no operating room responsibilities, designed for providers who want to focus entirely on patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term musculoskeletal care.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside experienced orthopaedic physicians and clinical staff, where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes and quality of care.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of orthopaedic and spine conditions
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory studies
- Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up and continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative care strategies
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
What We’re Looking For:
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license (required)
- Strong clinical experience in orthopaedics, spine, or related specialty preferred
- Excellent diagnostic and patient assessment skills
- Strong communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
