Maintenance Assistant with Driving Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community to ensure safety and functionality
- Assist with landscaping, cleaning, and other upkeep duties as needed
- Drive community vehicles to transport residents, staff, or supplies safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report any issues requiring attention
- Support special projects or events that require logistical assistance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle usage
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or related roles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and operate various tools and equipment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
