Overview:
Diversified Solutions, a leading financial services firm based in Kansas City, MO, is seeking an Associate Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will demonstrate exceptional client care and uphold the highest professional standards while supporting an established client base. Your focus will be on retirement planning support, proactive communication, and building lasting client relationships.
What you'll do:
  • Manage assigned client onboarding activities, serving as the key point of contact
  • Provide proactive support to advisors and clients, anticipating needs and opportunitiesAccurately complete and process service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update client and account databases
  • Enter prospects interactions in the database
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
  • Complete the opening, closing, and transfer of client accounts
  • Process financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct follow-up communication with partners and clients as needed
  • Assist advisors with comprehensive pre-appointment preparation
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to new account openings, transfers, or amendments
What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of financial services experience
  • Series 65 insurance license required
  • Demonstrates proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written delivered with a sincere and caring attitude
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Collaborative team player willing to assist others
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
  • Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters

  • $60,000 - $68,000/year based on experience
