The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate who’s friendly, motivated, and ready to turn great conversations into great sleep solutions. If you like people, enjoy sales, and want a job where your effort directly impacts your paycheck—this is it Pay Range

$24,000 – $100,000 annually
(Base pay + commission — top performers earn big!)

What You’ll Be Doing (Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To):

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and help them feel at home
• Guide customers to the perfect mattress based on their needs, comfort level, and budget
• Sell mattresses and accessories while educating customers on product features and benefits
• Hit (and exceed) sales goals—because winning is fun
• Process sales accurately and efficiently
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with deliveries, customer pickups, and follow-ups
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and build lasting customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail or sales experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right attitude!)
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS software
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
