About the Role:

The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) plays a vital role in providing compassionate and direct patient care within healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Aide training program.
• Current and valid CNA certification/license as required by the state of employment.

• Physical capability to perform duties including lifting, standing for extended periods, and assisting patients with mobility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Help patients move safely by assisting with ambulation, transfers, and positioning to prevent falls and injuries.
• Observe and report any changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control protocols and facility policies.
• Support nursing staff with basic clinical tasks and documentation as required.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, respecting their privacy and individuality.
