Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Insurance Analyst in Green Bay to support Schneider's owner-operator and corporate insurance programs. The Insurance Analyst will manage insurance documentation, support program renewals and partner with brokers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver timely insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer owner-operator insurance programs, ensuring required coverage and maintaining an accurate participation database.
  • Provide weekly orientation presentations for new owner-operators.
  • Manage issuance and annual reissue of certificates of insurance.
  • Process all bond requests, including corporate officer execution and surety premium payment.
  • Serve as the primary contact between owner-operators and the insurance broker, addressing policy and premium questions.
  • Provide financial and operational analysis related to risk management.
  • Respond to customer requests for certificates of insurance.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of insurance concepts and compliance requirements.
  • Able to interpret insurance policy language and explain it to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient with insurance or vendor management systems.
