Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an Insurance Analyst in Green Bay to support Schneider's owner-operator and corporate insurance programs. The Insurance Analyst will manage insurance documentation, support program renewals and partner with brokers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver timely insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Administer owner-operator insurance programs, ensuring required coverage and maintaining an accurate participation database.
- Provide weekly orientation presentations for new owner-operators.
- Manage issuance and annual reissue of certificates of insurance.
- Process all bond requests, including corporate officer execution and surety premium payment.
- Serve as the primary contact between owner-operators and the insurance broker, addressing policy and premium questions.
- Provide financial and operational analysis related to risk management.
- Respond to customer requests for certificates of insurance.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of insurance concepts and compliance requirements.
- Able to interpret insurance policy language and explain it to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Proficient with insurance or vendor management systems.
