Salary position offering a 4-day workweek. Salary listed does not include year-end bonus
Essential Functions:- Monitor Team Member’s safety, quality, and productivity performance and attendance.
- Schedules production for Team Member’s to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Works with Sales, Purchasing, and General Manager to acknowledge orders in a timely, accurate manner.
- Ensure that all Finishing Department Team Members perform their duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Controls master samples and controlled documents for department’s manufacturing processes.
- Hire new Team Members when required and ensure that all training is being performed.
- Handles departmental personnel issues.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement efforts.
- Promote team efforts in developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Perform leadership functions in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values Statement to create a culture that supports the long-term sustainability of the Company.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining direct reports; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education & Qualifications:

- High School Diploma/GED required; Associates preferred.
- 5 years’ proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Effective communication, organizational, leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must be proficient with computers.
- Strong math skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- This position is deemed a safety sensitive position always requiring alertness.
- Able to read, write and fluently communicate in English.
- Successful results of completed Post Offer Assessment Test and Post Offer Drug Test required.
