Group Exercise Instructor in Thibodaux, Louisiana at Thibodaux Regional Health System

Responsible for teaching group exercise classes in a professional and safe manner to the members and guests of the Fitness Center.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED; one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
Certification recognized by the NCCA such as: ACE and ACSM preferred.
Must possess specialty certifications in accordance with the Center (BTS, AEA, Madd Dog Spinning, Pilates, yoga).
CPR/AED certification required.
2-4 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience teaching Group Exercise classes preferred.
Must be outgoing, personable and have the ability to motivate members and actively teach assigned courses. Dependability and neatness required. Must possess the ability to be flexible and accommodating as it relates to the needs of the members.
