2nd/3rd Shift Production Helper at Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc (West Bend) – West Bend, Wisconsin

Overview

This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the laser/denest areas of the shop floor. Seeking a person for 2nd shift and a person for 3rd shift help.

Responsibilities

Take parts out of denest

Grinding Parts

Counting/Packaging Parts

Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds, bend, twist and transport product and materials short distances
• Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team-environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to work safely and without injury with hand tools in a an environment with metal and sharp objects
• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change
• Work in an efficient and timely manner.
• Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task
