Administrative Assistant - This is position is entry level Administrative Assistant role

What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for office operations
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, letters, and other documents
- Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Manage office equipment and supplies, including copier maintenance and inventory
- Sort and distribute incoming mail daily
- Communicate professionally with employees, customers, and vendors
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Help maintain a positive and team-oriented office environment

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or administrative experience is a plus
