Dietary Aide 4:00pm - 8:00pm at Jefferson Community Health Center – Fairbury, Nebraska

DIETARY AIDE 4:00pm-8:00pm

Jefferson Community Health & Life is looking for a dietary aide to work 2 - 3 shifts per week.

Hours: 4:00pm - 8:00pm

2-3 shifts per week, weekday evenings, weekends and holidays.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides timely, wholesome and high quality food and beverage and service to meet the needs and expectations of the customers using proper safety and sanitation procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be at least 16 years old

* One year of food service experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

* Contributes to a smooth, non-stop customer service operation providing high quality food, beverage, and service to ensure the needs of the customers are met.

*Assembly and delivery of hospital trays in a timely and efficient manner in accordance to the diet.

*Manages multiple patient menus for new admits, dismissals and diet changes.

*Helps with delivery, stocking, meal preparation, serving and dishwashing.

*Assists with cleaning the dining room areas and washing dishes.
