โ๐The Team โ
You will be part of the Immigration Department, reporting to the Head of Immigration Greece and also giving support to other areas (Tech Department) of Lexidy. You are going to deal with all international mobility-related cases. As a multifaceted team, our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions.
๐โโโโ Mission
Support the legal team in optimizing immigration processes and enhancing client experiences through innovative technology and dedicated assistance. Foster collaboration and efficiency while actively contributing to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and client care.
โ ๐โโโโโโโTasksโ
You will work closely with the Head of Immigration and other departments to support daily business operations and:
- Assist our team of lawyers with the organization and tracking of client cases and files and maintaining information on relevant expiry dates (visa deadlines, sponsor license renewals, etc.);
- Manage relationships with 3rd party entities and coordinate all necessary appointments
- Carry out the day-to-day administrative task related to the department
- Study and research on the Immigration Law and the various legal procedures in force.
- Execution of simple immigration procedures.
- Preparation and filing in of immigration forms
- Lead follow ups
- Solving day-to-day queries
- Support with proofreading and checking documents for accuracy;
- Undertaking technical and practical legal research including identification, collation, and distribution of information;
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, client updates and other business development activities and helping to promote the firm generally;
- Obtaining accurate initial information from potential clients

โ๐โโโ You have:
- 1-2 years of experience related to Immigration Legal Processes
- You are studying Law or attending a Master in Law. Preferable Immigration Law
- Fluent in English and Greek (C1/C2). Other languages are definitely a plus!
- Excited about and curiosity about digital tools, process automation and innovation
- A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. Letโs get the job done!
