What You’ll Do
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives.
- Define and drive brand positioning and messaging across all channels to ensure consistency, differentiation, and impact.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead corporate branding, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen brand equity and visibility.
- Oversee internal and external communications to ensure a cohesive brand voice and strong corporate reputation.
- Direct digital marketing strategy, including AEO, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns that generate demand, nurture prospects, and support sales enablement efforts.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing corporate marketing team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Own and manage the corporate marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and maximize return on marketing investments.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior role is required.
- Proven success in brand strategy, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technology platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in household goods transportation, logistics, or related industries.
- Expertise in data-driven marketing and customer insights.
