Residential Services Coordinator I at Recovery Solutions of South Carolina, LLC – COLUMBIA, South Carolina

Position Description:

What You’ll Do

Perform regular safety rounds and wellness checks throughout the facility Monitor and support the well-being and accountability of youth and adolescent patients Assist with treatment plans by providing input and supporting de-escalation strategies Guide youth and adolescents through daily routines, maintaining communication and structure Supervise and provide support during off-site activities, including appointments and court trips Monitor environmental safety by inspecting equipment, systems, and facility structures Respond to emergencies and assist clinical staff with crisis situations Use verbal de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain a safe environment What We’re Looking For

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience
