What our CSRs do:
* Answer incoming customer calls and schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments
*Provide friendly, professional support to customers who need help
*Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to keep the schedule running smoothly
*Enter and update customer information in the system
*Help ensure every customer has a great experience from the first call to the completed job

What we are looking for in our next CSR:

*Friendly personality and strong communication skills

*Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

*Ability to answer the phone with a welcoming voice and follow a script

*Customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred

*Comfortable using computers and scheduling software

*A team player who enjoys helping customers and supporting their coworkers
