Groundskeeper - The Retreat at Brodie Wells LLC – Biloxi, Mississippi

Dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall condition of outdoor areas. Skilled in landscaping, lawn care, and equipment operation to ensure grounds are clean, attractive, and well-maintained year-round.

• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, and watering
• Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping elements
• Remove weeds, debris, and litter from grounds and walkways
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Perform seasonal tasks including leaf removal, mulching, and basic snow/ice removal (if applicable)
• Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules
• Assist with minor repairs to fences, walkways, and outdoor structures
• Ensure grounds are safe and free of hazards for guests, staff, and visitors
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and irrigation systems
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor

• Primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions
• May require early mornings, weekends, or seasonal overtime
