Pest Control Technician New To The Industry at Ford's Hometown Services – Worcester, Massachusetts

Ford’s Hometown Services is hiring a Pest Control Trainee for someone who’s ready to learn the trade and build a real career. You’ll start with comprehensive in-house training, hands-on field exposure, and guided study time to prepare for the Massachusetts pesticide exam, and we’ll pay all required fees; you just need to pass the exam.

As you ramp up, you’ll learn how to complete property inspections, communicate with customers in plain language, and carry out pest control services the right way; safely, accurately, and with strong attention to detail. You’ll also learn proper service documentation using our online phone application.

Our technicians handle a wide range of pest issues, including year-round residential protection. Duties includee exterior preventative treatments, interior mouse control, and wasp/hornet nest elimination.
Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday, some overtime or varied hours may occur during peak season to include working Saturdays
