Pest Control Experienced Technician at Ford's Hometown Services – Worcester, Massachusetts

Ford’s Hometown Services is hiring an Experienced Pest Service Specialist to deliver professional, high-quality pest control across Worcester and Central Massachusetts. In this role, you’ll work independently in the field, conducting thorough inspections, identifying pest activity, and executing the right treatment plan using proven methods and strict safety protocols.

You’ll interact with customers confidently, explain what you’re doing and why, and help prevent repeat issues through clear education and strong follow-through. Service documentation matters here, you’ll keep accurate inspection and treatment records using our mobile/online system.

Your day-to-day work may include year-round residential protection including exterior preventative treatments, interior mouse control, and wasp/hornet nest elimination as well as commercial service that follows a structured, IPM-compliant process with written plans and treatment documentation.
Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday, some overtime or varied hours may occur during peak season to include Saturdays
