Our internships are designed to maximize opportunities for both immersive and formal learning, cross-functional teamwork on high visibility projects, networking, and mentorship opportunities. Self-motivated and intellectually curious people can excel in our fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment. Our internship program runs for 10 weeks during the summer.

Throughout the summer, interns will have the opportunity to attend presentations by senior management spanning firm history, product strategies, and asset management operations. Interns will also participate in advanced Excel training sessions and an investment case study where they will present findings and recommendations to senior leadership at the firm.
