About the Role:

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to senior marketing staff. Critical to this role is the ability to effectively execute marketing strategies in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role serves as a liaison to marketing partnerships and vendors in the organization of events, projects, and various media channels. Additionally, there are various reporting structures to monitor, forecast, and budget for annual marketing plans. The marketing administrator is responsible for a high-level volume of reporting and print structures including CRM, Excel, and intermediate graphic design projects. Responsibilities include digital marketing updates, maintenance, and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years actively working in a marketing role.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and Google Analytics.
  • Highly organized with exemplary attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to meet strict deadlines without angst.
  • Excellent public relations and people skills.
  • Must have the ability to lead and manage team performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong analytical skills must have the ability to compile and review a high volume of data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management software.
  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology and market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic skills in video editing and content creation.
  • Certification in marketing or digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide daily marketing management support as indicated by the Director of Marketing
  2. Create, update, maintain and report on digital content such as GLSA, Google, Facebook, Click Tap, Service Titan, LinkedIn, and website content.
    • Designing eye-catching graphics for social media posts, stories, and campaigns
    • Creating branded templates for emails, presentations, and digital ads.
    • Assisting with the creation of marketing materials for website and print.
    • Helping to plan and execute visual content strategies that boost engagement and brand awareness.
    • Maintaining our library of visual assets and ensuring brand consistency.
  3. Function as a liaison working with SEO/SEM campaign partners to maintain desired web content and marketing performance.
  4. Intermediate graphic design creatives for print and multi-media formats.
  5. Manage, lead, and delegate duties to direct report(s).
  6. Communicate, organize, and lead initiatives in project management for events, branding campaigns, and community partnerships.
  7. Create and maintain new business listings and manage multiple channels of direct print media.
  8. Serve as a brand ambassador at company-sponsored events.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
  10. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Minor pushing, pulling, or limited lifting of up to twenty pounds. Must be able to utilize auditory and visual aids, equipment, and systems in the English language.

Hrs. of Operation:

Typically 8 am – 5 pm during normal business hours. However, the nature of our marketing and community involvement necessitates some after-hours and Saturday/ Sunday work.
