Job Description
Since 1925, the Child and Family Guidance Center has served children and families by providing culturally informed mental health care and complementary support, regardless of ability to pay. If you are interested in joining our team to make a real difference in people’s lives, we are currently seeking a full-time Financial Analyst.
The Financial Analyst will support the CFO and the finance leadership team on all aspects of the Center finances and financial processes.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following Essential Functions:
- Support the CFO and Finance Operations Manager in preparing the Center accounting and financial statements.
- Support the Medicaid and Commercial Billing function, including eligibility verification, edit resolution, collections, receipts posting, system reconciliation/maintenance, coding and follow up as required.
- Support and enhance the Center reporting process.
- Support the accounts payable and payroll functions as needed.
- Liaison with payees to support the revenue cycle process.
- Support the maintenance of the EMR system (updating insurance information, clinicians NPI and taxonomy numbers)
- Perform additional Finance/Accounting duties as requested.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum of an associate’s degree.
- Minimum two years related or equivalent experience
- High level of skill with MS Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills across business groups internally and outside the organization
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
