Clinical Informatics Analyst in Soldotna, Alaska at Central Peninsula Hospital

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Informatics Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of healthcare information systems. Working under the guidance of senior analysts and informatics professionals, the Clinical Informatics Analyst assists in various aspects of clinical informatics, including data collection, analysis, reporting, system troubleshooting and strong emphasis on ambulatory. The primary goal is to leverage data-driven insights to enhance patient care delivery, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes. As a key member of the IS team, the incumbent will participate in improving overall IS service to CPH and its business affiliates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4 years of Information Services experience in a Healthcare setting OR
• 4 years of EPIC - Electronic Health Record experience

PREFERRED:

• Associate's Degree in a Clinical Field or Information Technology
• Clinical Informatics Certificate
