Medent Trainer/Billing Specialist at Auburn Community Hospital – Auburn, New York

Job Summary

Provides front end and Billing MEDENT training support to current employees with AMMSPC. Will actively train all new employees in the first day of work on how to use MEDENT and get their system set up with proper tools to start their job efficient and the same as everyone else. Will actively f/u with employees bi-weekly and schedule training sessions on going if needed and sit with them at their offices so they can ask questions while they are working and in live role pay scenario situations. Learn various billing suites i.e. A/R f/u filing, posting and or denials when time allows that an office team member isn’t scheduled for training.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred. Previous Professional Billing experience preferred (preferably in a MEDENT environment). Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Outlook).
