About This Position
SUMMARY OF POSITION PURPOSE
The Patient Advocate Supervisor fosters a culture of patient/family-centered care and service excellence, while improving the patient and family experience. The supervisor serves as a role model for AnMed’s Mission, Vision and Guiding Behaviors ensuring efficient daily operations of the Patient Advocacy team, including, but not limited to, staffing, human resource management, operations and financial management.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Nursing, HR, or other related field required.
· 3 - 5 years’ experience in a hospital or medical center required.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Excellent analysis, problem solving and customer service skills.
