RN GI at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

This position requires critical thinking skills, pre & post assessment, as well as administration and control monitoring of patients during a procedure. Orientation and cross training into this unit is specific to each individual with experienced staff readily available for guidance. Experience in PACU and Critical Care is preferred.

On call hours are required. It is mandatory that applicants live within 30 minutes of WKS. Location flexibility may be required as staff is sometimes floated to other GI lab sites within the WK system. Support staff is an intricate part of the team on this unit. ACLS and PALS are required but can be obtained through our Career Institute. All motivated individuals with excellent work ethic please apply!
