About the Role:

The Group Home Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a group home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for residents. This position is responsible for managing staff, coordinating care plans, and fostering a community atmosphere that promotes the well-being and independence of individuals in care. The manager will work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and community resources to ensure that each resident's needs are met effectively. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
