About This Position

  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Organizes and supervises environmental services operations with emphasis on SRMC “A” Clinics. Completes required reports or evaluations on direct reports assigns job duties and drives ES van and transports the: Power Clean Team”. Able to lead team and hold accountable as needed. Must be flexible with working any shift as needed or required but will mainly be scheduled on the evening shift.
  • EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum Required:
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Successful applicant must have valid NC drivers licenses, organizational ability, communication skills and leadership skills is a must have.
      • Highly proficient with basic reading, reading comprehension, writing, and have basic computer skills.
      • Must be able to speak publically as needed or required
      • Will conduct scheduled monthly inspections and random inspections.
      • Must be able to perform under challenged situations and make decisions in a sense of urgency.
      • Will provide full support with any disaster event as required.
      • 1-3 years of documented management experience with supervisory and business related training/course work.
      • Able to pass written quiz after viewing “Driver Training” video through “Net-Learning”.
    • Preferred:
      • CEHA with 3-5 years experience in professional cleaning management.
