Licensed Therapist- Hybrid at Aaron Center – Scranton, Pennsylvania

Position: Mental Health Professional

Location: Scranton, PA

Flexible Pay Options: Choose between hourly, fee-for-service, or 1099 contractor roles to suit your personal needs and professional goals.

Schedule: Create your own hybrid schedule

Education and/or Experience:

• A Master's degree in a recognized clinical discipline, including Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, rehabilitation, Activity Therapies, or Counseling, is required.
• Must be licensed in PA as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience in individual therapy and intake evaluations
• Commitment to maintaining quality care standards and completing daily documentation
• Proficiency in evaluation/assessment, crisis management, service referral, coordination of care, and documentation

Responsibilities and Duties

Clinical:

• Individual therapy
• Family therapy
• Intake evaluations
• Ability to focus on patient care through the development of a therapeutic relationship with the patient
• Must be willing to provide care to individuals of all ages, including children, or be open to developing the skills needed to treat diverse age groups

Administrative:

• Ability to maintain quality care standards by completing documentation daily

Business hours are:

M & Wed 9:00 am to 6:15 pm.

T & Thur 9:00 am to 7:45 pm

Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Provider will agree to have availability to work one late evening on Tuesday or Thursday per week or a combination of days that allow for appointments after 4:30pm .
