About the Role:

Willis Knighton North is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Tech to join our healthcare team. This position is ideal for nursing students who have completed the first level of a registered nurse program and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a hospital setting. As a Nurse Tech, you will have the unique opportunity to work in various departments, providing basic patient care and supporting our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates).
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Perform basic patient care tasks, including changing bed linens and assisting with mobility.
• Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Support the nursing team with medical procedures and patient care as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Completion of the first level of a registered nurse program.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and medical terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
